Thank you for your letter of 8 November. We have now investigated the complaint outlined in this correspondence.

I understand from Internet Exchange that they have noted the issues you raised about sales and appointment bookings and will be acting on your feedback.

However, I am also aware that their own investigation has revealed that *"you behaved in a manner which did not recognise the respect and dignity we require from both staff and visitors to the centre" and that they are no longer willing to enrol you on training programmes at the Internet Exchange.

I would suggest that you contact the learndirect helpline or consult the learndirect website at www.learndirect.co.uk if you wish to find an alternative centre near to your home.
